Stabbing pain lower back
Can walk 15.mins on road..able to move at home...standing long time or getting up from sleeping position is painful .mri report says ..IMPRESSION:  Diffuse disc herniation with extension to both neural foraminae at L3-4 level causing mild impression on thecal sac and adjacent nerve roots. Mild ligamentum flavum / facetal hypertrophy.  Moderate impression on thecal sac and adjacent nerve roots at L4-5 level due to 1) Grade II non-spondylolytic anterolisthesis of L4 over L5. 2) Diffuse pseudo disc bulge with broad based right paracentral / foraminal herniation and partial extension to left neural foramen 3) Ligamentum flavum / facetal hypertrophy... Tried pregamba for 2 months pain reduced after stopping its the same now...how do I handle the pain..pain is not increasing but same from day 1.is surgery needed...I do small.pelvic exercises.. pls help.pain..burning sensation at back.
