Mine is not a regular squint. Dr said that people with high myopia will have their pupil little displaced.. I want to correct that... Is that surgery painful or risky? How long i should take rest after the surgery

How much deviation. If it is significant then only go for surgery otherwise no need for surgery.

Squint surgery won't be painful. Strict Rest for a week.  You'll have to put drops for  almost a month.

You will be given an injection in eye to anasthetize the eye. This injection is little painful. Otherwise during the procedure you should not feel pain.
