Squint can be corrected by operation but not the poor vision 1st get proper treatment for poor vision(amblyopia),which depends on your age and extent of  diminution. Please share your case file Cost of its surgery drpends on number of muscles to be dealt ,surgeon and the hospital. From 20 to 40 k.or even more.

It varies. First of all you should be fit for surgery. Even if u have low vision, even then it can be done for cosmetic purposes. Consult surgeon

Squint is often associated with poor vision in that eye, that's a lazy eye. Sometimes with spectacle correction, the vision of the lazy eye can be improved, ever so slightly. Surgery is the final cure. Results of squint surgery can be a 100 per cent usually.
