She needs clinical examination first, if required biopsy from cervix growth in the same sitting and imaging to know the extent of the disease..

Pap smear shows positive for malignancy,need further colposcopic biopsy,further evaluation   and  treatment.Consult Gynaec oncologist as early as possible

Hello It seems your mother is suffering from ca cervix. But for confirmation and staging of disease you must meet gyane oncologist. Biopsy n imaging likd mri is required. Treatment depends on final stage of disease.
