Spreading unknown rash

Asked for Male, 48 Years

I had this rash for over a year now . at first i thought it was a chemical burn from using degreaser at work and then i went to hospital 4 times and they dont no what it is . ears , back of neck , arms and hands , it constantly itch and burn , skin discolored , see pics in medical records
