Sprain in right buttock
Have sprain in right buttock for last two days, caused probably after some walking and basic exercising. Pain increases in evening and unable to move leg. Have heavy pain when walking in the evening and facing difficulty while sleeping.

This will give you trouble for few days.
Take a muscle relaxant
Tab. Cipzox 1 tab 2 times a day and tab. Chymoral forte 1 tab 2 times a day for 5 days.
Next Steps
Do warm compressions. If not relieved in 5 days then visit a orthopedic
