Spotting on 12tg day when taking Diane 3
She has started taking diane 35 from the 4th day of her periods however noticed spotting from 10th day from date age started taking medicine. Still 11 days left for completing 21 days course of medicine. Also feel little abdominal pain.
PS- she has not missed any pills in between.
Is it à serious case. Please advise
