Last week when spotting happened got all scan and pv done. Nothing conclusive. All was well. Took 2days tranexa1gm course. Spotting stopped for 2days. Urine routine is normal. I had bilateral endometrioma. Got polypectomy in sept2021. Conceived through ivf 1st attempt. Again i am having spotting( image attached). What may be the reason and what should i do?? Please advise.
