Spotting bleeding
My wife LP on 30th June 2019 ..... Monthly 30day regular cycle...... On 20th , 21th, 22nd, 23th July those days spotting dark brown & some times light red color observed ......when ever urine pass. Spotting happen ..... Please kindly advice me

It is possible that she is about to have her periods. If she does not get her periods she should consult immediately and then if gynaecologist advises an ultrasound or serum beta hcg

If she doesnt get her periods and gets pain in lower abdomen to report to doctor immediately.

Diagnosis is luteal phase defect If you are trying to conceive take Tablet Duphaston 10 mg twice a day for 10 days from day 16-25 of periods
Next Steps
If you don’t want pregnancy then take Tablet Yasmin once at bedtime for 21 days from day two of periods then give a gap of seven days and repeat

Take milk with turmeric at night Take a boiled egg daily
