It will be better if you attach your pictures. It might be due to hypocalcification during tooth formation. There are many reasons for that. Most important cause might be flourosis. Treatment for that tooth is mostly cosmetic.  Can go for veneers , crowns or a normal composite filling according to the defect.

It can be because of fluorosis. You can go for composite filling or veneers to cover that spot.
