Spontaneous miscarriage
I am 6weeks preganant. I did my ultra scan on monday and found no growth and no heartbeat found also i started getting brown discharge. From yesterday evening i started with lower tummy cramps and light bleeding and clots . Bleeding is not heavy . Is this spontaneous miscarriage? How long it lasts?
