Spondylosis Issues
Hi Doctor, I am having upper back pain and chest tightness with mild pain for last 7 months. Visited Ortho doctor he asked to check my neck x ray to see any issues of spondylosis. Attaching my neck x ray kindly check and tell me is there any issues in it. I am having stiff neck and shoulder problem.

To sleep on a cot with a firm mattress, Sit on an ergonomic chair/Table for work, take a break every 45 mins on sitting jobs, electronic device to be placed at eye level while getting up from lying down position, turn to one side and getup. Avoid jerky movements
