I am suffering from pain neck since 2 years and I visited so many doctors and I done cervical mri in that c5 c6 c6 c7  bulge seen indenting thecal colum and loss of bright signal on t2 wi suggest diffuse degenerative disc disease  problems

Hi there. A lot of people suffer from neck pain. Also when MRI is done , some changes may appear which may or may not be related to your symptoms. However you should be fine with physiotherapy and some medications.

U definitely need  a Neurosurgeon opinion as there is signal change in MrI. This may be due to disc compression on spinal cord

Bright signal means there is some spinal cord damage due to bulged disc , ligament and or a clinical condition called instability. Consult a neurosurgeon asap

This could be due to cervical spondylosis induced radiculopathy.
