Yes definitely, Spondylitis is not that much hard conditions that can prevent you from your daily routine. All you have to do is do some proper exercise focus on core and strengthen your weaken Muscles and you are as good as to ho with yoga. But any exercise without prescription can cause severe pain so i advise consult Physiotherapist before doing any exercise at home.
