Spo2 variation
Hi doctor, I am covid recovered person. My ct score was 12 at time of covid and it came down to 7 after two month. I see little variation in my spo2 during some activities. Normal seating - 97-98 Incline position - 95-97 6 min walk - 97-98 After climbing 4 floor straiers - 98-99 After some 30 min house activities - 96-98. 6 min continuous run( without break) - 96-97( plus 150 reach) I keep finger in oxiometer for maximum 2 min after these activities. Is these fine to vary like this ?? Please suggest.please read given data properly before answer

Its normal..nothing to worry until u devlop symptoms which cause problem in ur daily routine..but if u still feel anxious u can contact pulmonologist.

Variation in spo2, is very common during  the different activities,,and positions of the body.pl do not exert yourself. Pl consult Pulmonologist online with all the reports

This is normal. Repeated checking of SpO2 not required. If you don’t have any symptoms then please stop checking it again and again.
