Spinning sensation when standing
Spinning sensation while getting up from bed and while changing positions while lying . This happened to me 6 months earlier also and i was given vertin 8 mg thrice , can i take that again.

Description you have given points to benign positional vertigo.At the same time , lightheadedness should be considered as well due to postural hypotension.You can use vertin ,if not relieved , consult with a ENT specialist in your area
