Spine Tuberculosis
Hello All, My wife is diagnosed with the spine TB on October 8th 2018, so doctor put her on ATK4 ( Rcinex 300/600, ETB and PZA) After 2 months of eating above medicines it is observed that some medicines from above 2 is not suiting as Eosinophils counts became very high.. There were rashes on my wife's body so doctor removed ETB and PZA For 15 days  which means for 15 days my wife was on only ATK2 i.e Rcinex 300/600 After 15 days doctor introduced LEVOFLOXACIN and Linezolid So from 10 th Feb she is on below 4 medicines 1. Ricnex 300/600 ( from last 5 months) 2. LEVOFLOXACIN ( from last 1 month 10 days) 3. Linezolid ( from last 1 month) Now after eating linezolid from last 1 month , she again started showing its side effects and and doctor recommended to stop Linezolid and do serum lactate test. When we didi serum lactate test on 16th March, it came as 13.4 while normal range is 1- 2.4 Now I am worried very much.. Please help and what should be my next steps
