SPINE TB Workout
Hi I am suffering from spine TB its been 4 month I am taking ATT with full bedrest. Now I have started 30 min cycling so is it good option or should I drop me idea as sometime I feel pain in that particular area.My overall motive is to loose weight by physical activities and no reducing calories. Kindly suggest what to do.

No cycling Pl.what is the damage done and what level the disease is there.pl take protein diet.No severe physical activity  till you recover. Pl consult Pulmonologist online with all the reports and treatment taken.
