  3. Spine problem. Really worried about it?

Spine problem
I have little pain in my middle back between two shoulder blade and upper part of my neck. Also I listen some type of joint broken sound when I try to squeeze my shoulder blade. Is this a serious condition and is there any emergency? Or can you tell me some therapy by which I can cure it? Please help me because I am really worried about it? Thank you.
