Pain in ribs and chest region on one side may be due to muscle strain or spasm involving the right side chest muscles.. Mild disc bulge at multiple cervical levels usually doesnt cause severe pain..
Next Steps
I think you should start with hot fomentation,  take analgesic with muscle relaxant tablet,  apply analgesic ointment locally,  start physiotherapy.  You can also start strengthening exercises. You can get some blood investigations done to rule out any other cause for the problem like CBC, ESR, CRP, Vit B12 level, Vit. D3 level, Uric acid level..
Health Tips
Avoid heavy work, continue stretching and strengthening exercises
