I have pain in right side in chest and back below the ribs
After that sometimes it's radiates into hands aslo
I have mild bulges in C4 c5c6c7 indenting the thercal sac
Pain neck also sometimes
Tightness in middle back always why is this happening
Pain in ribs also of right side
Sometimes High HR also
I have taken many medicine and also consulates many doctors but nobody is telling me the cause please help me to find the cause

Pain in ribs and chest region on one side may be due to muscle strain or spasm involving the right side chest muscles..
Mild disc bulge at multiple cervical levels usually doesnt cause severe pain..

I think you should start with hot fomentation, take analgesic with muscle relaxant tablet, apply analgesic ointment locally, start physiotherapy. You can also start strengthening exercises. You can get some blood investigations done to rule out any other cause for the problem like CBC, ESR, CRP, Vit B12 level, Vit. D3 level, Uric acid level..
