Apply Hot Fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall. Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang Asana -- Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily. Core Strengthening Exercises- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day.

In my opinion you need to go for few blood test like calcium vitamin d and vitamin b12 with uric acid as well and a LS spine X-ray ..I think ur ranges will be deranged if so you need to have medication for the same with no side effects of dem.. you need to take dem regularly for a month or two...apart from this you should go for physiotherapy sessions where u need to have few pain relieving modalities after few days you can start doing exs as guided by the therapist...after pain get reduced u need to concentrate on your back muscle strengthening as well as core muscle strengthening as these two go hand in hand... get well soon take care...

Greetings, Sorry about your pain.  Your back muscles are not supported by abdominal muscles just because back muscles are stiff and long. When I say back muscles it includes hamstrings, calf, so stretch them.  there are other muscles which a therapist can assist by examining you. This is not serious issue,  just muscle imbalance.   If you have any other symptoms please do mention so that I can broaden by view.
Next Steps
See a physio with the above in mind. they will assist you.
Health Tips
ice your back muscles for 5 to 10 min twice a day or as needed.  place pillow between thigh when sleeping in side lying position

It might be only mechanical back pain or postural back pain. Since its been one year , my opinion is to see some consultant to just rule other possibilities also.
Next Steps
consult physiotherapist for proper assessment and treatment.
Health Tips
applying volini gel and hot fomentation on the affected area can help temporarily
