My brother has got a minor fracture in spine after sudden fall while Playing cricket. He is feeling a radiating pain from spine to the left leg and unable walk. Doctor advised him to take 10 days rest. I want to know what will be the best option for treatment. If surgery is required, how much will be the treatment duration and cost of surgery ? Enclosed X-Ray for reference. Please suggest. Thanks
