I have slipped disc in my spine.
I am going under acupressure therapy.
Its now two days passed but I cannot sit.
It very painful to sit.
What should I do and how many more time it will take for relief
And I am government employee when can I join my job.

If you have slip disc,you need to take rest as well as take precautions.
What level is the disc slip at?
You need to see orthopaedecian for your condition.
Once the extent of injury is known we can take care of it further on.

Hello there,,,well to start with..are you a confirmed case of Slip disc/PIVD...?
What are your symptoms?
Are you having localised back pain along with tingling or weakness of legs?
Do you have an MRI/X ray of your lumbar spine?
What medications are you taking apart from accupreassure?
If you are having too much pain...i suggest you immediately book an appointment with an orthopaedic surgeon/musculoskeletal physiotherapist?
Slip disc can be completely cured dont worry....but it should be diagnosed properly.

Slipped disc can cause severe pain, numbness and weakness of legs etc.. it should be assesed by neurological examination to decide the treatment, so consult a neurosurgeon and undergo neurological examination and follow his advoce
In slipped disc one need to be careful of posture especially need to be avoided completely for first 48 hours or from time you see this message.USE LS belt all the time for 7-10 days.Avoid forward bending.Dont lift weight.Dont come to sitting positions from lying straight way,rather turn to your side.PRACTICE this more often.Take therapy with these guidelines you will be alright in 7-10 days.
