Hello friend If you have slip disc, you need to take rest as well as take precautions. What level is the disc slip at? You need to see orthopaedecian for your condition. Once the extent of injury is known we can take care of it further on.

Hello there,,,well to start with..are you a confirmed case of Slip disc/PIVD...? What are your symptoms? Are you having localised back pain along with tingling or weakness of legs? Do you have an MRI/X ray of your lumbar spine? What medications are you taking apart from accupreassure? If you are having too much pain...i suggest you immediately book an appointment with an orthopaedic surgeon/musculoskeletal physiotherapist? Slip disc can be completely cured dont worry....but it should be diagnosed properly. Regards & take care.
