Spine Disc slip
I have slipped disc in my spine. I am going under acupressure therapy. Its now two days passed but I cannot sit. It very painful to sit. What should I do and how many more time it will take for relief And I am government employee whenv can I join my job.

Avoid bending in front. Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall. Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg Apply Hot Fomentation twice daily. up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang Asana -- Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily. Core Strengthening Exercises- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day.

The routine is to immobilise for sometime with gentle physio. Medication along with physio will help you heal better. Act now to be better faster. All the best. Whatever way forward you choose please be informed that it will take 3 to 6 months to fully recover.

Dear client primarily you have to give some good rest along with medications provided by your surgeon onece pain is manageable plz follow up with your Physio for appropriate exercises!

Slip disc cases generally needs bed rest for some days, followed by physiotherapy treatment n medication too...go for a proper treatment u vl b absolutely fine

Please consult a Spine Specialist .Initially medications and rest will help followed by Physiotherapy.
