Spine cancer.
What are the symptoms of spine cancer, and how to rule it out. My symptoms are:- Intense upper back pain that radiate to back that increases at night. Bowel movement changes. Neck pain and headque and also not able to hear loud sound from one ear. Weakness and pain in joints.

Hello Sir. It is very unlikely to get a spine cancer at your age. Also it is very difficult to rule out just by symptoms. Kindly consult your primary physician. Dont panic, probability of cancer is very less.

The symptoms you mentioned mire like rheumatology symptoms. Please get proper clinical examination by a orthopaedic surgeon or rheumatologist.
