Visit physiotherapy clinic and take electrotherapy for 2 weeks. After a week of starting physio, you will be suggested with exercises. Maintain proper posture while on work, use cervical pillow if got a habit of using pillow while sleeping.

Don't worry visit nearby physiotherapy clinic and take IFT and Ultrasonic therapy for 7 days  ur pain will get subside. After that start doing isometric to neck and stretching to ur neck.
