I m taking akt4 for 6 months and now akt3 tablets for spine tb for 8 months, I have improved much better now but occasionally I m having knee pain is it a problem?? Still how many months do I have to use medicines??

I would actually stop AKT for my patients by 1 year
But better to follow your doctors advice
You need to consult for knee pain if there is swelling of knee associated with the pain
Get an MRI knee done to confirm if residual TB or healed and whether it has caused any cartilage damage, continue AKT 2 now for next 6months at least. If swelling, get aspiration and examination of fluid
