Spinal stenosis
Hi i am suffering for apinal stenosis last 6 months. last one months i can't do any exercise then i feel noraml..last 2 days ago go to doctor again he told me start extension exercise lotus pose / salabhasana and laying on bed and leg raise and vice versa then pain again appear.. plase help

Best way to treat LCS is to go on a.proper back exercise programme which can be prescribed after seeing your X ray. Proper postural correction.and flexion exercises are ideal

Spinal stenosis... Best exercise to try is cross training and neural mobilization exercise with physiotherapist. Simple physics principal as the length increase, it decrease the diameter.. Unfortunately, even surgery don't have favarouble outcome
