Hi sir Am from nizamabad i am suffering from spine disc problem in multilevel from 3 years , and 2 years back surgery was don L5-S1 level but not releaf from pain recently neck pain also come and am suffering joint pain knee ,finger joints& arm joints ..in my reports RA factor is possitve. So this is my problem wt can i do ..still am not using any medicine ..please suggest me. Thsnk you.

Consult to Rheumatologist & continue medication & diat. Imp thing Consult physiotherapist for ur spine pain management & treatment for other joint  to maintain  flexibility & strength.
