Asked for Male, 26 Years

Hi sir Am from nizamabad i am suffering from spine disc problem in multilevel from 3 years , and 2 years back surgery was don L5-S1 level but not releaf from pain recently neck pain also come and am suffering joint pain knee ,finger joints& arm joints ..in my reports RA factor is possitve. So this is my problem wt can i do ..still am not using any medicine ..please suggest me. Thsnk you.

Hi first you need to have a brief idea about your disease so that you know in which direction to go ..these is inflammation in multiple joints so subsequently facia and muscles become tight and pain occur. To deal with it first you need to take help of Rheumatoid Dr and very good physio who does good stretching and teaches you how to manage on your own. Don't worry slowly every thing will come under control. Thanks
