Sphincterotomy healing for anal fissure
Hi I had a sphincterotomy surgery for anal fissure 3 months back. The  surgical site is not completly healed. Sometimes I have mild pain during bowel movement.  I am taking a laxative alone.  Also I am on a high fiber diet What is the average healing time? Why is it taking so long to heal? Will it ever heal??
