Spherical power zero
I am having -0.5 spherical for both the eyes and cylindrical -1 and -1.25 with 90and80 angle, in recent checkup the opthalmologist said now I am having only cylindrical with -0.25 increase, zero spherical. But with new power getting headache and vision difficult for first 30 minutes after wearing glasses in morning and ni issue after that but same problem after 4-5 hrs and goes of in 30min,sometimes feeling ache in eyes for more time. After three checking still doctor telling use new power and wait for 20-25days to get adjust. Please help me should I go with new power or get old power glasses. Thanks

You need to recheck your new glasses to check that they are made correctly. Problems looks more in the glasses. Small sphere of 0.25 usually don't cause so much headache as you explained.
