My cylindrical power is not high enough, can i use contact lenses, as contact lens are only available for -0.75 and above? I have both spherical and cylindrical power. My cylindrical powers are -0.25 and -0.5 left and right eye!

If you have a spherical component as well, then you don't need to add this power in contact lens. This much power is adjusted by CL itself.
If you have only cylindrical power, then you need a custom made lens.
