Speech delay
My son is 2.6 year old. He has speech delay. He only utters aaa aaa for every action.
But he understands everything. He follows the command of Yes, No, Sit, Stand, indicating all his body parts through his fingers,
When he is thirsty, he brings the water bottle to his mother or grand mother asking them to help. But never speaks.
Sometimes he utters Maa, Paa, taa, tuuu but not to us, he does it when he is playing.
Kindly help me with this issue
