  4. Speech delay. Don't talk nomal things.

3 year old not speaking and following any instructions.aggressive. addiction to mobile..can sing rhymes but don't talk nomal things..very aggressive and shy of other kids of same age.

Stop passive learning from tv, mobile,....Encourage ur child for outdoor games n to socialise....parents had have patience n don't force anything....reward the child for good behaviour n acts
