It seems to be ADD. It needs to be addressed asap otherwise it may get complicated.
It needs to be ruled out by an expert Psychologist.

What about other things did he started walking on time, his teeth came on time? Started talking on time?? I dont think he has milestones problem and in anyway if it is so that doesn't means that calcarea carb will work in this case in homoeopathy we dont prescribe like that medicine will be decided after case taking
