Severe stomach pain can have serious underlying cause. 1. Do you have associated loose stools ? 2 any associated vomitting? 3. Do you have any pre existing stomach issues ? Spasmonil does not have many studies on its secretion in breast milk. Best is to avoid it. You can take paracetamol. If pain is not relieved, please consult a doctor.

Insufficient data available on the effect of Spasmonil on breast feeding. It is better to avoid Spasmonil during breast feeding.
