Spaces after the dental braces is because of not wearing the retainer for the adequate time and duration. Teeth generally try to move to their old position. There are lot many methods to correct it like removable methods, composite build up & crowns etc. Please visit the dentist and talk about these options. Get the best one for yourself. What you are facing is called relapse of the treatment.  when teeth are corrected orthodontically the retention plates are given to be worn for about 2years so that teeth don't move back to the original position.  this situation can be corrected by 1)braces again but for a very short time(but you do not want it) 2) removable appliance (cheapest but limitation is that it might take longer & again there are chances that you might get tired of wearing those & stop wearing them in which case this current situation may reappear) 3) aligners ( most preferred but little expensive around 80k-1lakh, it's again removable but better results & once you pay so much obviously you will wear them.. 😁 compared to the other removable appliances also duration is shorter. ) please visit your dentist & get your preferred  treatment done at the earliest. Hope this helps

That is called aligners. These are removable plates which is placed by patients. Just remove plates while brushing and eating. Duration is almost same..  cost varies from 80k to 1.5lac. for that you will have to visit clinic. There after no need to visit clinic for regular sittings.

Hello, Mam you can consult an orthodontist. This is a common case of relapse of the teeth as you have missed out on a very crucial phase of wearing the retainers. Usually they will take fresh impressions and fabricate new removable retainers, which you need to wear at least for 6 months and regular monitoring thereafter is necessary. Regards DR SUMAN MAKAM

It normal to have little space left out. If it is more then accepted  then go removable plates which is very cheap. Or some thing better and very expensive go invisaligners transparent removable spints
