Sounds coming from knee and hand joint
Whenever my fiance try to do squats his knee joints make sound and even if he tries to carry something heavy his hand joints too make sound.. Is it normal or should i consult some doctor or nutritionist.?

Hi, If there is no pain,Nothing needs to be done However get S.calcium and Vit-d3 levels done Consult directly in case of queries

Sounds are normal if no pain or any other symptoms. Take vit d 3 course
