Namaskaram, Pandemic vise, these are challenging times we are living in. And with challenges comes stress. Mouth sores or Apthous ulcers are very common form of disarray the oral cavity faces. Reasons could be stress, bad oral hygiene and lack of nutrition at times. A little modification in lifestyle, avoiding too spicy and too hot food and beverages might help. A routine dental cleaning by a dental physician once in 6 months will bear long term results. Team Shambhala. http://www.shambhalagroup.com/

Hello sir, kindly give more details about your problem. Oral cancer cannot be judged without a clinical picture and further investigations. Mention you have any habits smoking or alcohol or pan chewing. Mention like you are under any medication for any other health problems. Since it's been three month kindly consult your nearby dentist for a clear picture. Such kind of infections do not be ignored or delayed for the treatment.
Health Tips
Take apple juice, pomegranate juice and plenty of water. Keep yourself hydrated.
