Mouth sores?
I often get such mouth rashes inside cheeks and inner side of lips, pls see pictures! They are uncomfortable and also burn on eating food! What are these? Ulcers? They are rough to touch too ! I don't have any sharp edges

Visit a dentist for physical evaluation and also a general physician. Vitamin B12 blood investigations might be needed and also abdominal discomfort and signs of indigestion need to be ruled out.

Better Visit a local dentist for physical evaluation and treatment. Most probably sharp edges of teeth or frequent cheek bite , may be the cause.
