Sore throat with red eyes

I have a really sore throat from a week and along with it my eyes have been red along with some mild fever. What should I take ?

Hi I think you have an acute attack of upper respiratory tract infection . So you would require a course of antibiotics and antiinflammatories. Visit an ent specialist doctor and seek proper help. Regards
