Sore throat very difficult in swallowing
Suffering from sore throat and not able to talk or swallow.. suffering from past 5 days..not able drink water also.. Took medicine for Thorat infection..still no recover

Most probably viral origin. It will last for 5 to 7 days. No need for antibiotics. Salt water gargling for 5 to 10mts. Take Paracetamol.
