Sore throat
I am suffering from lower throat pain mild and getting the acid type felling to the mouth and some type of sore throat I have taken azithromycin 250 tablet what actually happened what I have to do

Do Salt water Gargle three times a day Take Crocin 500 mg twice daily to relieve pain Take Disprin effervescence tablet for GARGLE twice a day. Do not swallow, just gargle and rinse. Hope this will make you feel better.

If pain persists/gets severe/accompanied with fever,cough,shortness of breath etc, contact doctor

It's mostly due to hyperacidity which is causing you sore throat and also bad taste in mouth.
Next Steps
take some proton pump inhibitors before meals for atleast 15 days and also some antacids which may give u relief. secondly u should avoid fatty foods oily foods, spicy foods. avoid caffeine intake too. consult for further help.

Betadine germicidal gargles (1:1 dilution) three times a day should suffice. Take antibiotics only when the discomfort is palpable. Otherwise gargling should suffice. Take my consult if the problem persists.
