You can take tab augmentin 625mg one morning and one evening for 5days.
Tab cetrizine 5mg one morning and one evening for 5days.
Tab dynapar one every 8 hours after meals for 3 days.
Do hot saline gargles and drink warm fluids.
In cases of sore throat with milder symptoms choose home remedies over medication. You can gargle with lukewarm salt water atleast 3 times a day. Steam inhalation for some relief, and drink plenty of water, if warm then better. For quick relief you can also buy over the counter medicated lozenges like Strepsils.
I assume your symptoms have resolved by now but if you ever have severe sore throat in future, you should consult a physician. Commonly sore throat are either viral or bacterial. If we suspect bacterial infection we commonly prescribe Amoxicillin+Clavulanate 625mg twice daily for 5 days, Betadine or chlorhexidine gargle atleast 3 times a day, Paracetamol 500/650mg depending on weight, if having fever (also helps reduce a little pain), Lidocaine lozenges if pain is severe.
Hope this helps
