  4. Sore throat. Tried gargle but no help!

Hi, can a doctor please provide me with medicine that I should take for sore throat. I had fever but it's gone now and I'm unable to eat and swallow anything because of extreme throat pain. Tried gargle but no help

You should take some pain killer like paracetamol  along with warm salt water gargles thrice a day for about 3 days. If this does not help seek an ENT consultation
