  4. Sore throat. Should stop taking steam?

Hello Doctor, I took steam 2-3 times with inhalade and after that I started feeling sore throat. I don't have cold but when I take stema, little mucus comes out. Even when I gulp something, there is irritation. Can you suggest some home remedies or over the counter medicine ? I have been doing gargles with salt water. Should stop taking steam ?

Just maintain proper hydration ... Keep on doing salt water gargles , avoid hot and spicy food and don't indulge in too much tea and coffee

If u don’t have cold , you can stop steam inhalation ..!! Yeah u can continue salt water gargling..!!! Since u don’t have any symptoms , no medication will be required ..!!!! Take care
