Sore throat during 10 week of pregnancy

I am 10 week pregnant and I have sore throat. It is paining. Could you please advise what should I do for sore throat without hurting my baby.

You can take syrup hanitus 1 tsf twice or thrice daily .. Do warm saline gargles and take ny lozenges like vicks , alex , coflet etc.. If pain s more take tab crocin 500 mg as and when needed.. Still no releif consult an ENT specialist
