  4. Sore throat. I give him azee antiboitic?

Dr. My son has some problem in throat he keeps wanting to cough or makes hoarse sound coz of the soreness ..i was his thtoat with a torch he has some brown boild type 2 on each side ...plz help dr. Should i give him azee antiboitic ?? Im in a remote place so plzz help wat should i do

Is he having fever and cold? What is his age? Anyone else having cold , or fever , in the family. Ask him to do warm saline gargling three times a day a day if he is above 5 years.
