So i went out and ate puff and packet Local coconut juice. From that night immediately i have runny nose.
Next morning i have sore throat, weakness, chest mucus
But no fever.
Again next day i still have thick mucus from nose and throat. Sometimes i get thick clear jelly with little strains of blood.
Now throat mucus is greenish. This is third day. No much weakness. But have little sore throat.
My maid had cough and cold few days back.
Im not sure if it spread. Or its something with food. For now my family dint get anything from me.
I have history where if i get viral. My mucus develp so fast i get pneumonia.
So im giving such a long explanation.
